HDA Architects to Design Summit Beverage Facility

HDA Architects has been engaged by Summit Beverage to design a 122,000 square foot beverage distribution facility in Missoula, Montana.

The exterior design will include a two story corner office clad with metal panels and wood timber framed canopies. A stone feature wall will highlight Summit Beverage’s logo with a back lit design. The two-story office will total over 7,000 square feet including reception, break area, offices and meeting rooms.

The break area will connect directly to an outdoor gathering space that will include decorative paving and a fire pit. The warehouse will be designed with insulated concrete wall panels and include 14 covered dock positions, a 5,000 square foot Maintenance building with 2 bays, an 11,000 square foot keg and craft beer cooler and over 75,000 square feet of temperature controlled wine and beer storage with support spaces.

HDA Architects has worked over 150 beverage wholesalers nationwide on new facilities, expansions, renovations, operational and material handling needs.
