Fisher59 has broken ground and is well underway on a new $28 million corporate headquarters and distribution facility in Denton, Texas. Currently, the wall panels are up and the roof structure should be complete by June. The 203,000 square foot project completion date is set for Fall of 2019.


The project has the following features:


The exterior design incorporates stone pilasters and a feature wall with an illuminated logo. 


The facility will include a 22,000 square foot concrete tilt-up two-story office space that has a two hundred person hospitality room, executive offices, private offices, fitness room, board room, sales training room, as well as small collaborative meeting spaces and a large open café.


The Thermal concrete tilt-up warehouse portion of the project will be designed for cross docking and will house the latest in Automatic Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS) technology to achieve efficient product storage and movement to market.


The electric and structure is designed for future solar panel array. 


There will be a 12,000 square foot stand alone vehicle maintenance center.
