HDA recently completed a 61,300 Square Foot addition to an existing 74,000 SF warehouse/office for Giglio Distributing in Beaumont, Texas. The project included more warehouse space, a receiving dock area with customer pick up and drive thru sidebay loading area, plus new LED lights throughout. The project was designed to comply with Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) wind requirements for coastal areas.
