As President of HDA, Jack reinforces strong leadership within the company, taking an active role in programming, conceptual design, and project strategy. Jack chairs the Executive Management Team while his 46 years of experience includes various projects ranging from Beverage, Office, Interiors, Multi-Family & Hospitality, Retail & Commercial, and Distribution & Warehousing.
Patrick oversees business development initiatives and pursuit strategies for all market sectors. He utilizes his strong interpersonal skills to establish solid client and consultant relationships. Additionally, Patrick works closely with the local and national trade publications making sure each HDA client’s project is covered and published appropriately. Patrick plays a key role in HDA’s operations and assures our image
and core values are well represented.
With the newly created role of Managing Principal, David will play a key role in mentoring new architects and expanding our portfolio. His 35+ years of experience in the design and construction industry make him perfectly positioned to take advantage of opportunities for growth and marketplace expansion. His oversight on corporate objectives, implementation plans, profitability and professional development will ensure HDA's future success.

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
As Director of Operations, Brice’s primary duties include overseeing day-to-day office activities, managing resources, and schedules as well as quality control. He also provides oversight of all of the construction documents completed by HDA’s project teams, reviewing the drawings throughout their development and sealing and signing the drawings for submission to jurisdictional authorities.
As the Accounting & Office Manager, Kathy manages the firm’s financial direction and obligations and develops and maintains the HR system. She works in conjunction with the President, Vice President, and Director of Operations. Kathy has been a dedicated HDA employee for over 14 years and decided that HDA was the best fit for her, because of the “family-like” atmosphere of the company.
