HDA has completed a new 112,000 square-foot corporate headquarters and distribution center for 7G Distributing in Davenport, Iowa.

 

7G’s brand played an important role in the overall exterior and interior design of the project with red accented walls, exposed ceilings, history walls, and a large-scaled company logo painted on two sides of the building. The facility also has a 250-kilowatt solar array on the roof which, covers more than half an acre. It is one of the largest roof-mounted solar arrays on MidAmerican Energy’s grid and one of the largest direct current optimized systems in Eastern Iowa.

 

HDA has worked over 150 beverage wholesalers nationwide on new facilities, expansions, renovations, operational, and material handling needs.
